[Resolved] EPF India — Delay in settling EPF Pension claim

Though my employer, Food Corporaion of India, New Delhi, has submitted my Frm 10-D along with the required documents for the settlement of my EPF Claim and received by FPF Office New Delhi (North) Wazirpur vide receipt No. 28143989 adted 04/09/2008 and reported to be under process and requested me to try after 30 days from submission to know the status of my pension, more than 4 months have passed and sent 6 reminders through their portal, I am yet to receive my pension sanction order. my husband death claim ( pension) was not settled last one year. pension paper in from 10-D submitted in time. all required paper are submitted but pension claim is not settled.

my pension was not settled last six month. pension paper in from 10-D submitted in date[protected] all required paper are submitted but pension claim is not settled. last objection was cleared dated 7-6-2012 and i have remined to epfo indore dated[protected] but no answer and today my pension cliam is pending.
