required documents (Original and Attested copies)in the month of
Sep.09 in respect of deceased employee M.Praveen Kumar, PF
A/c.No.AP/HY/56961/111 for settlement of EPF, EDLI and Pension to his
family i.e M.Ramadevi (Widow) and children.

She is pressurizing us to when the amount is settle.

My name is V.S.Koteswara Rao.Anagani, Ex employee of Wipro Ltd(Consumer Care Division).I had Resigned for my Job in month of july 2008.After that i joined in Eveready Industries India Ltd(Power Cell Division).This company also Resigned inthe the month of April 2009.After that i apllied for the claiming of PF amount settlement to Wipro and Eveready on[protected].
In Wipro Ltd-Employee code:001792 .After discussion of Wipro HR-Amalneer office, they told me that my Wipro PF amount
Rs129267/ was sent to Regional PF Commissioner Chennai to added to Eveready industries Pf accont No.
In Eveready my PF A/C No:KN/19924/1150.
But still I dint recived my provident fund.please see on these issue and do Need ful for me.

ICICI Bank Limited — PROVIDENT FUND YET TO BE RECEIVED NO HELP BEING EXTENDED BY THE LOCAL BRANCH HR

I HAVE BEEN AN EMPLOYEE OF ICICI BANK FOR THE YEAR[protected] . I WAS GIVING A JOINING LETTER FROM TEAM4U SERVICES BY THE MONTHOF SEPTEMBER 2005. I HAD LEFT THE JOB BY 2007 MAY-JUNE . I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THE HR IN KOLKATA BUT IN VAIN FOR MY PROVIDENT FUND ENCASHMENT. THEY ARE TRYING TO AVOID THIS MATTER STATING THAT THE HR PERSONALS HAVE CHANGED AND THEY DO NT HAVE AN TIE UP WITH TEAM4U SERVICE PROVIDERS ANYMORE AND THEY CANNOT HELP ME IN THIS MATTER.

I WAS REPORTING TO MR SAYAN BASAK CREDIT MANAGER FOR AGRICULTURAL LOAN DEPARTMENT & THEN UNDER MR ANINDYA SENGUPTA REGIONAL MANAGER LIABILITY DEPARTMENT.(IMMEDIATE REPORTING AUTHORITY MR SYED WAQUAR AZIM SM LIABILITY DEPARTMENT(NOW POSTED IN ICICI BANK DELHI).

KINDLY GUIDE ME TO WHOM SHALL I APPLY FOR ENCASHMENT OF MY PROVIDENT FUND AMONUT SINCE THIS IS NOT AT ALL A SMALL AMOUNT FOR ME.
