i have not yet received my PF of my previous organization, its been 1year up i need an answer y have you guys not posted my pf into my account?

Hi sir This is K. Damodar Reddy already i submitted my PF A/C. No. MH/93041/9856 in 2010, but still i did not received my pf amount, why they are delaying, i did not received any message to my mobile it was mentioned in the pf form. Pleas let me know the status and do the helpful in this regard.
