[Resolved] EPF office Chennai — my epf not yet settled by EPF Office, Chennai | |
Dear Sir, I worked with Vestas RRB India Ltd at Chennai as a Jr Engineer, i had resigned 04th June 2007 and i had completed my resignation formalities & and all the papers send to EPF Office, Chennai through my Employer. I had send many mails and called to EPF office but there was no resoponse, and as per PF web site epfochennai.tn.nic.in my Application Papers had received by this office and application details are mention below : Receipt_no Type status remarks 28211809 Form 19 Settled Your Claim is Settled and dispatched on 31/08/2008. Cheque No. 108165 for Rs. 11346 has been sent to INDIAN BANK, But till date this cheque not yet received by Indian Bank, Tenkasi Branch. So, I had called through phone and send many mails but No one Reply on Email & also Officers / pf employee not available on Phone . - ([protected]@tn.nic.in, [protected]@yahoo.co.in & Ph no -[protected]) Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful. From Chennai regional office.
The organization name: Subhiksha Trading Services Pvt lts. closed in 2009. Since then I tried more than 5 time to claim my PF. But every time getting rejected without any reason.
Recently I applied for withdrawal on 22.5.2013, but again same thing repeated. Can I get the idea about rejection and how I can claim for the same.
This time I had submitted:-
1) Cancelled cheque with my bank account
2) for 19 & 10 C submitted with signature of Bank Manager of my bank
3) Notarized Indemnity Bond providing the information about me and my address details
4) salary slip of that organization
5) Appointment and offer letter details
Then also current status appears as: your claim got rejected. Reason: unidentified reason.
So please do the needful for the same.

My name is Deepika Dhiman & I worked for mafoi (35791) as deputee from
Sep'08 to Oct'09 in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co.Ltd. For which i
put my PF withdrawal (PF no.135383) request in the m/o Nov'09 in local mafoi office.
After so many reminder i am unable to get the information of my PF
withdrawal request.Now the PF is credited in my account but my pension
scheme amount is not credit, but in urs records seems that its credited in my account.Account no is[protected] with ICICI Bank ludhiana Punjab . Pls look in to this matter. I m sending so many reminders to pf department but finally there is no response from pf dep.
So., U are requested to personally look in to this matter & do the
needful ASAP.
