[Resolved]  EPFO — EPF reauthorization

I have submitted my pf form for settlement in 2006 but still no fund transfer in my a/c

Please suggest me where i can contact

I worked with a Private Company, whose Registered & HO is lcated at Mumbai. I lef the job in 2006 and I had received my Scheme Certificate from your Bandra 2 years back. Now since I have attaned the age of 50 years, I have collected 10D form from my Regional EPF Office at Kolkata for opting REDUCED PENSION. While contacting my HO at Mumbai for necessary certification of Employer, I have come to know that REDUCED PENSION AT 50 YEARS has been withdrawn and I have to wait more 8 years until my age is completed 58 years.

I would request you whether it is true and would like to have your valued suggestion.

I working in a pvt. ltd.co.TANDON ENGINEERS PVT. LTD. epf registration no. DL/22555, the Company has not yet deposited the PF contribution- employee share and own share since 1 year. and donot filed pf return till date.


The company has not paid the PF contribution since Apr 2009. the company along with few PF officers are trying to rob us of our money

I am shikha jha I have all forms diposited on dated 13 nov 2009. my pf account no-up/19984/347. I have recived one account Rs-4000/- somthing. but 2nd account not recived my bank account so plz send chaque in my bank accout as soon as posibal.

Till date my pf not deposite in my Account already I have discussed with this matter by telephonic many times. he says to me your pf form deposit in pf office
he says to your amount will be deposite 1 March to 10th march but till date amount is not deposite in my acccont give me suggestion what should I do for my money.

My PF Settlement Claim

Hi,

I have submitted my EPF Claim by Register Post on 31st December' 2010. Its almost going to be 3 months. Still i have not got the settlement as well as any intimation from the EPF office in Delhi.

I have sent a support question using the contact us form in www.epfindia.nic.in many times. I never got any response from them.

also i have send many mail for this matter. but till date I never got any response from them.
