[Resolved]  EPFO, Mumbai — issuance of Pension Scheme Certificate

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was working with Castrol India Ltd till 21Dec. 04 and all the EPF related documents (PF AC NO:MH/2903/644 ro Mumbai) had been submitted but my pension Ccheme Certificate has not been delivered top me till date.I have followed up the matter with local office at Bhikaji Place at Delhi but no concerete action taken from there end, two copy of correspondence are attached for your reference.

you are requested to take the matter with concerned athorities to issue me the Scheme Certificate as soon as possible.

Deat Concern,

This is venkateswara rao sykam PF a/c No: MH/46135/121878. Applied for EPS on 29/01/2012 it reached on 05/01/2011 to hdfc pf office .procees completed almost 9 months still I did n't get that amount please provide the status as early as possible. any clarifications please get back to me.
