[Resolved] Epson Printer — IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE CENTER | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Very sad and frustrated with irresponsible attitude of EPSON SERVICE CENTRE,VASHI,NAVI MUMBAI. I bought an EPSON Printer: Model:TX121 on 2/06/2013 and Extended the warranty scheme under Epson Extended warranty scheme to 2 years by paying additional amount. After usage for about 2 months.Printer stopped working.Its power light is not coming and its in dead stage now.After contacting several times with Vashi service center they finally sent one person to repair on 08/09/2012 and he went back saying that Logic BOARD is defective and he will change it .Days passed on and keep them reminded to come and change the logic board once in every 4-5 days..They replied parts on order and will get repaired by sep.15 and then said sep 19 and even today on sep 22 they said it will take time to obtain the logic board.. I wonder is it such a big issue to fix a logic board or to get a new one ...why this kind of Drama form EPSON service centre.Printer is an essential device for me as related to my job i have to take print outs..I humbly request all customers this is what Epson is...For a small problem they are taking a month to repair..
