Dear Sir,
I being a consumer of your product would like to state that, I have been through lot of difficulties in taking Service form your Service Provider. I have bought an EPSON PRINTER "EPSON STYLUS TX110 " and is under warranty period. But your service provider is not cooperating with me. I have given my PRINTER for service on 30/8/2010, as it was not working properly i.e. I was not able to take any print from my printer. The Service provider told me that it will take around 3-4 days to get to my warranty and provided me a Telephone Number for any quarry [protected]. But this Telephone Number is out of service, So I have to reach to them for any further quarries. They also don't take any job seriously which are given to them under warranty. I have to face a lot of problem as I am not having my printer by my side.
I have a question for you if my warranty period expires then what will happen ? If these are the types of your warranty claims then WHY does your company provides warranty on any product ?
I am a citizen of JAMSHEDPUR, JHARKHAND.
Kindly look into my matter seriously as I am going through lot of difficulties without my printer.
