i am using my no since last 2 years without any interupation and i would say that i had pay my all bills in time only and last month my mobile bill was showning that an amount of 324/- value added sevices but actually i had used aitel messenger due wrong information given by your customer care executive due that only i had used this services with this wrong information only that i had used this service so kindly please rectify the bill as soon as possible and after that only i ampaying my bill otherwise i would like to seach for another services provider .
