I have booked the flat in Feb 2008, Promised date was July 2008, now it is more than 2 years, the apartment is still under construction... I have paid almost 85% of the flat cost. All the victims please post your comments if you agree or disagree...write how much delay it has been for you

I booked my flat in April 2008 and I have invested about 90 %, still no sign of the flat being delivered (June 2010). If you talk to the builder, he talks to you that nothing has happened. Please don't go with the sweet words he says. Be careful with his new projects also as he is not a guy to be trust. All banks should blacklist this builder.
I booked the Flat in 2007 August, I was told south block will get completed in 6 month and North block in 1 year. What was constructed at the time of 2007, it is same today (2010 June). No improvement is the contruction. Every time we speak to the site supervisor, he will say next 4 month, only the times have gone.
Some of the learning for me: Never believe or trust someone who take guarentee to complete the flat.
Always choose big builder who have reputation
Take a ready to occupy flat
Do not guy from first time Builder at all.
Mr . Natraj, owner of Eswari contructions is a big cheat. He is not trust worthy. He is diverted all this money to build his 3 Star Hotel in Majestic.
Mr.NAtraj is a shameless guy, where he has no shame to leave the contructions in half. One such example is his Hotel, who was under contructions for 7-8 years, and for nearly 4-5 years, it was just put aside, due to money problems.
I know the same is going to happen to Eswari Apartment. God should save us.

Hi Guys, Please be aware of the promises and words come out of his mouth, he is always liesa nd never keep his words. he is a big cheater.
Swimmimg pool and side walls looks very criticle. They are most dangers part of buildings & can take lifes at anytime.. The whole buildng is of cheap quality.

ALL THE ABOVE COMMENTS ARE TRUE AND WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO THAN TO ACCEPT THAT WE ALL HAVE WASTED OUR HARD EARN MONEY IN A WORST PROJECT (ESHWARI ENCLAVE) WHICH NO BODY KNOWS WHEN AT ALL WILL BE COMPLETED.
This is ridiculous.The builder had made false promises to everyone concerned and is still shoiwng no signs of completing the premises.We ened to follow up with him every week and do the chasing.We have invested our hard owned monies into it and in return, we get nothing but false promises.I really hope the complaint is taken seriously and some actions are taken.

Hi Ganesh, even i heard about the same about this builder, iam planning to buy a property from Eshwari developers based out of J P Nagar, near Nandini hotel, and the project is coming up in J P Nagar 8th Phase called Eshwari Oakdale, which is getting ready in 3 months Time, when i checked with them they said, they are nothing to do with this ESHWARI BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS, the board of directors of Eshwari developers JP Nagar are nowhere related to MR HM Nataraj and his Eshwari Builders & Developers, seems like these property papers are ok and even i have asked my legal advisor to check the company document, he said these two entities are nowhere connected with each other, can anyone help me with this if you have any information about the same

Seen Eshwwari oak dale at jp ngar, will mention following points if you are buying, check once before buying.
* Quality is medium only, go and shake electrical switchboards, it will shake. Quality is low only
* New builder and no experience. Water leaking in basement car park from swimming pool
*Lots of water problem, owner himself told, taking tankers everyday, bore not working, no cauvery also
* only OC board is available for more than one year, OC not given. It's not A khata for not having oc, pls check
*Gym not there, only brochure
also check HM apartments, GM Heights, RJR lgna, platinm lifestyle in area surrounding this.

down the line when my husband's colleague raised this concern we were almost panicked because we paid almost 50 % of our flat cost by then, lately we found these two entities were different, and they are no where connected with each other, Eshwari developers JP Nagar has just two directors namely Mr Umashankar & Mr Perumappa, we are happy that they are on schedule and we are expecting our flat be handovered in 4 months time..
