Dear sir, I have applied for passport on 4.9.2009 file no.F 027411 Key no.[protected] Group F but till date I have not received my passport.On checking ststus on your website the remark is " Police verification has been waived & appliction is underway. Iam a govt servent and this my third passport for renewal.Undue delayb is not justified. Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that i have applied for the post of MTS under ESIC at Rajasthan location and submitted the application form online with respective fee and all relevant documents by post.
In the application form i have mentioned mode of communication through following ways.
1) Communication address
2) Contact Nos
3) Email ID
I was waiting for a call letter from your side regarding the above mentioned exam and today when i called at your Regional Office at Jaipur, i came to know that the exam have already been held on 29 April 2012. I have an argument with them regarding not receipt of any kind of message or call letter to appear in the exam and they told that the exam date have been published in daily news paper before the exam. My registration no : ESIC MTS32947
Sir i want to told you that it is not possible for each person to read these newspaper (Dainik Bhaskar, Patrika )daily as most of the persons have busy schedule in their daily life & read different type of newpapers. However, we have already provided you the details of several modes of communication regarding any kind of information to us. But we have not received the same in due course of time. This means that your organisation and staff are cheater and by fraud you have collected the amount from several candidates. ESIC ruined my one year preparation for the exam.
