[Resolved]  ESIC — MEDICINE

This is about ESIC dispensary SARAPAKA KHAMMAM DIST TELANGANA STATE
they don't give me a tablet namedOXETOL 600MG even it is in their store and they told me that it is not in store.but when i approached incharge their and she came down and check for the availability of the medicine, it is there and she told them to give me that medicine. eventually they had to give me and it is not about thosans of patient were treated like this. i am not satisfied with it.

kindly resolve my problem related to medicine date 27.4.2015 esic Dr.shailendra chandra gupta m.s (ortho) esi hospital rohini sec-15 n.delhi-85 was return the medicine for one month but till date not provide me any medicine.
when i went in despancery doctors say to me please compiant to esi head sir please help day by day my problem is increasing.

i request to you kindly coordinate with esi medicine department and arrange medicine on priority.
