[Resolved] ESIC — NOT UPDATED MY CONTRIBUTION DETAILS OCT-2011 TO MAR-2012 INSURANCE NO. [protected]

Dear Sir,
Myself MOHD. SUBHAN my new insurance number is [protected] and my old insurance number is [protected]. I have received my new insurance number 10/06/2010 on my Temporary Identity Certificate, but my contribution history October-2011 to March-2012 updated on my old insurance number. It’s not my fault. I have received a letter ref. no.[protected] from ESIC sector-7 Rohini, Delhi-85 on 29/09/2012. Mentioned in the letter, your insurance number has already been changed but your contribution details updated on your old insurance number.
Here I enclosed some documents received by ESIC office.

Problem for my medical claim September-2012 month.

Please i received a message from you concerning the Spanish INSURANCE NUMBER. Please kindly explain to me more because once am not working in Spain or Europe how can i apply for an Insurance number without Company name in the European Zone. You are well placed to give me all the details to apply for an insurance number i think, because that is how it goes here in Africa. First the Companies name or the User name.
