It is with great regret we inform you all learned persons that,in your HIGHLY REPUTED GROUP's AVIATION DIVISION, ironically majority of Helicopter PILOT's belongs to TELUGU NET (ANDHRA GROUP). This people not only do keep favoritism in recruitment to their own community AIRCREW,but also resort to Extreme pressure building tactics on HONEST PEOPLE with fair mentality.You can see that unqualified,partially qualified and PILOT with less SKILLS are getting short listed due to the RACIAL DISCRIMINATION POLICY of your ESTEEMED COMPANY and to help their own group people,at the cost of Company,in that more time and hrs are required for their training.
HOW COME BEST PILOT's in INDUSTRY ONLY BELONG TO ANDHRA PRADESH ? Whereas their Competent Chief Minister was lost due to same MENTALITY applied in AP GOVT AVN CORPORATION LTD,in selecting REDDY as Pilot for ill-fated C.M.Now one PILOT SHORTLISTED ( Mr. SHESHADRI) is also ANDHRA BASED and coming from OFF-SHORE having NIL Corporate and ON-SHORE experience and NOT EVEN QUALIFIED ON YOUR AIRCRAFT'S ,DUE TO FAVORITISM BY THIS GROUP thus by passing many highly qualified candidates having vast experience in On-shore /VIP/CORPORATE experience etc.
Could you please look into this prevalent current irregularity and STOP-THIS REGIONAL DISCRIMINATION & BIAS in your Company's Recuitment POLICY and GIVE EQUAL and fair OPPORTUNITY to ALL CITIZENS OF INDIA,by treating them at PAR.
