[Resolved]  ESYS LAPTOP — System are not working

Dear Sir,
We would like to inform you that we had purchased 4 nos. Esys laptop from Mittal Computel,
105A/1, Saraswati house, 27 Nehru place, New Delhi-110019.Details are as follows - Purchase Date
ESCG[protected] 22.07.08
ESCG[protected] 23.10.08
ESCG[protected] 23.10.08
ESCG[protected] 05.09.08

All these systems in warranty period, we followed many times to Mittal Computel that all system
are not working and we are suffering but he has not given any solution to us and also misguide till date .
So please help us.

I gave my esys laptop to cache technologies for keyboard replacement after ten days they informed me that the keyboard must be ordered from delhi...
I paid 4500 for keyboard and in a meantime they provide me with a seperate keyboard untill the original product would arrive(this happenned on 19/03/2008) And I was totally assured that the replacement keyboard will be available within a week 24 days have passed and no result and no call from them...!
i have purchase a esys desktop pc in 28 oct 08 and there is a problem on smps power supply in 16nov and i have complained there is no result in one month
