I had booked e ticket at irctc. PNR No is [protected] from Pune to Dharwad, travel date[protected]. But while canvellation, it is said " Chart was prepared. You can not cancel this ticket". What next to do? How will I get money back?

I wanted to cancel my confirmed e-ticket vide pnr no. [protected] for today i.e., 13.08.10. After login when tried to cancel the ticket a message appears "chart has been prepared and ticket cannot be cancelled".Kindly guide me how to cancel the tickets and get the refund.

I have booked a ticket on 11/08/2010 in sleeper class ex VSKP to RU vide pnr no [protected] by a special train 0871/BBS TPTY SPL which is confirmed berth S1/0012/LB under the category of SRCTZN and the date of journey is today.Due to some health problem besides domestic affair, I do not want to takeup the journey, I am trying to cancel the ticket by way of TDR cancellation since the chart has been prapared at BBS in oneday advance but Icould to do so inspite several attemptes in IRCTCs e-Ticketing Service.Please do needful and cancel the ticket at your end and arrange whatever refund is admissableas per the rules in vogue. Dear Sir,
The log in ID &/ or the password was not matching, that's why tried to open another log in ID, which was not complying the rules of IRCTC, so my user ID was deactivated.And thus I failed to log in & cancel my booked E ticket.
Requesting you to cancel my E ticket with PNR No.[protected], scheduled dt. of journey 25/08/2010, from Bhubaneswar to Howrah in Dhauli Express (Dn).
Please do the needful at your earliest

Igot message stating my above ticket has been cancelled and the amount is refunded.On checking

my bank statement i found it is not yet refunded in my account.

i booked e ticket TOD No [protected] PNR No [protected] on 17.08.2010 of train no 2625 from chenganuru to vijayawada date of journey 17.10.2010 WL but the ticket issued date of journey 17.08.2010
amount deducted from account Rs 2042. there is no history for cancellation .Hence it is requested to you please cancel the ticket and remit the balance amount to my account. and sent mail to venkat.[protected]@gmail.com and my mobile no is [protected].
