dear sir,
i would like to cancell my eticket which PNR NO [protected] but the probem is (my USER ID is ramsuraty and password is ku5412raku) the system is responsing incorrect, i also forgoted my email id i have mailed [protected]@yahoo.co.in& [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is no any reply
so what can i do please guide me as soon as[protected]

Dear sir,
I'v two birth in a ticket as waiting list in sleeper class. But I want cancel to it. If Rs. 40 is cancellation charges so I want to know this is one ticket charges or one birth charges in sleeper class.

Iwas booked on 12839 HWH-MAS Mail from HWH to BBS in 1A on 16th June. Chart prepared and I remained still on waiting list as I learned at 7.30 PM since dep of the train is at 2345 hr (11.45 PM).

I immediately sat on my computer to to cancell the ticket but your site did not accept mentioning "THE TICKET CANNOT BE CANCELLED SINCE CHART ALREADY PREPARED" . My PNR No is: [protected] and my Transaction ID is: [protected].

Please appreciate I can only cancell my ticket when I know that it is not confirmed even after chart made and all quotas released. In this case I tried for EQ but to no avail. Please cancell my ibid ticket and have the money refunded. Regards.

Due to ill health i could not availed the journey on 15/8/2011 from chennai central to bangalore city station by bangalore mail and due to which i even could not do the cancellation of the ticket bearing PNR no.[protected] and transaction id is [protected] and date of booking is 18/5/2011.A I came to to know just that failed journey can be claimed with in 30 days. IRCTC — not getting e ticket even after making payment

I booked an e ticket with transaction ID [protected] on 8/04/12.After making payment of Rs. 532/- through SBI Bank(debit card) it shows the massage below:
