dear sir,
i would like to cancell my eticket which PNR NO [protected] but the probem is (my USER ID is ramsuraty and password is ku5412raku) the system is responsing incorrect, i also forgoted my email id i have mailed [protected]@yahoo.co.in& [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is no any reply
so what can i do please guide me as soon as[protected]

dear sir i didnt get my booked etickets of the date 13-03-10 train(DHANBAD EXPRESS (3352) )
that ticket amount was dedcated in my account Rs.2500. my id is vinnulucky.
ticket booked from jolarpettai(jtj) to pithapuram(pap). i didnt get my ticket PNR number or ticket PRIENT also
pls refund my money at the earliest.

I have booked a e-ticket on 9 3 10 from ddn to dli pnr no.[protected] t id no.[protected].but system not respond for cancillation.
Sir, i have booked e-tickets on 10th and 11th March 2010 secunderabad to vizianagaram and Srikakulam

1. Transaction no- [protected]- Rs.373/-(Not Generated Ticket)- Tatkal
2. Transaction no- [protected]- Rs.373/- -(Not Generated Ticket)-Tatkal
3. Transaction no- [protected]- Rs.310/- (Ticket Cancelled)-General
and I got response from oneside not generated ticked Sl No. 1 to 2 and Sl No. 3 I cancelled e-ticket and get message successfully cancelled.and deducted amounts from my account above 3 transactions.
BUT...HERE WE ARE HAVING CONFUSION ABOUT THE MONEY TRANSACTION, SIR, IPlease refund amount to my accoount and look into this matter and do the needfull .

and I got the message : "The chart was prepared for this ticket you can not cancel this ticket".

sir i booked tickets form sec-bad to nasik through e-ticket the problem is after the transaction was complete in did'nt get my pin no? it showed an error page.what should i do know

Because of my train Nizamuddin to Indore was missed because of Kumbh at Haridwar .

i have tried to booked my eticket on[protected] but it was failing as soon as i enter the payment mode through sbi debet card, this are the following failed transaction No [protected], No [protected], No [protected], No [protected], No [protected], No [protected]. A sum of Re. 621, Re. 403, Re. 403. (extra) total Re. 1427-00 ( one thousand four hundred & twenty seven only) the journey day for which i tried to book eticket is[protected] tirupati to bangalore and[protected] bangalore to tirupati.

In the same time i have got confirmation eticket transaction ID NO. [protected] PNR [protected],
transaction ID NO. [protected] PNR [protected], both from tirupati to bangalore.

Please do refund the amount for which the ticket were not booked at the errlist sir,

I booked eticket for myself & myfamily by Goa Express from GWALIOR to PUNE vide transaction ID [protected] & PNR NO.[protected].The journey date was26/02/2010. The status remained as RLWL 2 TO 4 after prepration of chart hence ticket was cancelled as per extent rules of Railway but refund amount has not been credited in my account so far. Please do the needful now under intimation to me.

I booked Eticket for journey to be performed by Goa Express feom Gwalior to Pune on 26/02/10 vide trid no.[protected] & PNR No.[protected]. I COULD NOT PERFORMED THE JOURNEY DUE TO THE FACT THAT BERTH WAS NOT ALLOTTED HENCE TICKET WAS CANCELLED BY RAILWAY BUT REFUND AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT SO FAR.KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL UNDER INTIMATION TO ME.
