I have purchased an Aquaguard water purifier and have an AMC for the period from 08/08/2007 to 07/08/2009 (Contract receipt number AG 96B[protected]. The purchase was done in Jabalpur, M.P. at the address 59 J.D.A 2B Scheme, Nalanda Vihar, Tilwara Ghat Road, Jabalpur, M.P. Contact details[protected],[protected], or [protected] Till date only one servicing has been done after repeated phone calls. The last servicing was due on Feb 2008 which has not been attended so far. My repeated phone calls to number[protected] has gone unattended. Local calls from Jabalpur to the franchisee has also paid no results. I request you to advice your service personnel at Jabalpur to look into the matter immediately or else I will be left with no other alternative to refer the matter to the Consumer Forum. your local eureka forbs serviceman are not coperative ie mr sanjay gupta, mr jitender verma that
both person behavier are no so good ie angary person .
my water purefier are taken at local office and give back 10 or 15 year old model.
i have purchase in 8700/- rs.& give back 10 year old model
mr sanjay come on bad languase.
so please solved this matter.other wise i have go to consumer court
