[Resolved] Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard Nova — No maintenance service despite paying for annual Maintenance
I'am Dr Ashim Raj Ranafrom Darjeeling. I had purchased Aquaguard Nova while I was in Siliguri, West Bengal. On Jan 2007 I shifted my base to Darjeeling, WB. I informed the Service centre at Siliguri about my relocation and they provided me the Mobile number of service centre at Darjeeling. Upon contacting them, they came to my home & reinstalled the machine. Since my AMC was overdue I paid for 1 year AMC while in Darjeeling.
It is very regretful to say that I had paid the Annual maintainance charge on the year 2007. But till Date no one from the company has ever visited my home. My Aquaguard Nova Machine is not working since Nov 2007. On contacting the service centre, the mobile number does not exist. On contacting the Siliguri service centre a rude man insists that he is in charge of Siliguri only.
It has been more than a year since my water purifier is not working. What should I do? Recently, a sale representative came to my home to demonstrate a Vacuum cleaner from the same company. I told him about my problem & he promised to help me. Then a phone came from the service centre, Darjeeling and insisted on exchanging my Aquaguard with a new one. I denied and requested them to check my machine and repair it. After that there is no response till Date.
All relevent documents are with me regarding the machine. So I request to kindly do the needful so that I can use the products of Eurekaforbes in future without any hiccups, the failure of which will force me to take legal actions.
