Eureka Forbes — Wrong commitment & No response

I bought a dry and wet vacumm cleaner from Eureka Forbes, under the life time service guarantee, where demonstration was claimed to be provided on the spot but they have not given the demonstation even after two weeks of several requests / reminders to their corporate, customer care and service center. Even I asked to return the system and refund my money but they do not respond.

This is highly disgusting, pathetic, ill business ethics and the breach of TRUST.

I suggest the innocent people of India that please do not get trapped into their wrong commitments.
I am bound to proceed with the legal solution against my busy time schedule.

Respected Sir,
I Purchase TOTAL RO REVIVA on dated 10/12/09. As committed, TDS is Reduced 90%. At start TDS reduce form 487 to 12. I Complaint to Yashwant Shende( [protected] ). He replace the RO controller and now it is 487 to 360. How?. Since Last 3 months, I contact him regularly. But he didn't Responce. At last I complaint to you. Please give me the solution.
