[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Servicing of aquaguard | |||
I have a service contract with Eureka Forbes for my aquaguard. I have not been given the terms of the contract. But from what I remember I am entitled to a free candle replacement & change a of carbon twice a year. I called the service centre for the same & the technician claims he has replaced a candle during his first visit which he did not. There is no record with us every time they drop by. They keep the card with them & can manipulate the same which they seem to be doing Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear sir/madam sir i having Aquaguard classic model having customer code:[protected].i complaint to you on 16th of December but u r technician does not come.i regularly called u r customer care but they also not able to solve the issue.u r company having very careless approach to customer services.
