[Resolved] Eureka Forbes Ltd — Aqua Sure not working-Service no response | |
The RO+UV power boil model is not working for more than 2 weeks and the complaint (telephone) I have given long back is not considered at all. Today I have given complaint again to Mr.Jaishankar, Comp. No.56276038. He informs that the service persons will come tomorrow not today. I really regret for buying AQUA product. My 2 months old complaint on the same product also still pending no one turned up till date. The phone customer care personnels promise that they will send a person immediately but noting happens for weeks and months. I had enough of Eureka Forbes Ltd-Aqua Sure. I have purchased aquasure filter system at my home, for to chandge filters I have complained Compay respresentetive Mr.Vivek Pingale Mob. No. [protected] We are ready to pay charges for same. But He is not responding to our Complaint . Why we have to purchase such things ? Because We are using this system as watar container.Rajendra Bothara

We have complained more 25 times, the product is in warrantee purposely delaying and torturing to death, the product is RO for drinking water of Eureka Forbes, please help us .regards,

i bought the waterfilter called R/ O smart on 05 feb 09, the problem istht water coming out of is taking so much time that one glass of filter water takes almost half an hr. its just recently bought n already the service chap has come 05 time. now they dont attend the my complaint. i request u to take appropriate action as it is getting very difficult to survive without water.my husband is an army personnel n posted in udhampur( jammu n kashmir ). i shall be highly obliged 4 ur prompt action required.

WE HAD GIVEN ORDER ON ACQUAGUARD SENSA MODEL OF THE COMPANY BY GIVING ADVANCE PAYMENT THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED IN 2/3 DAYS . AFTER NON RECEIPT OF THE ABOVE MODEL , I HAD APPLIED IN WRITING TO CANCEL THE ORDER SINCE IT WAS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME AND HAD ASKED FOR REFUND FOR MY ADVANCE AMOUNT OF RS 16900/ . Eureka Forbes Ltd — delay in top up loan
Dear Sir/ MadamI had given all the documents for top up of the loan amount. The verification is also done. I received the call that your loan has been sanctioned. Now I get the feedback that my file has been transfaerd to Motia khan branch and I will get the call from that office only. One month has been passed but nothing has been done.
I am sorry to say if you provide that type of service then ?
