I was not satisfied with your services and your technician clearly said problem is with water filter, i explained you briefly over the phone, you said you will resolve this issue but you are not even picking my calls tried calling you several times no response from your end, since am not satisfied please refund my money back.

I need your response within 7b/days or else i will file a case against your company in consumer court in chennai.

I contacted you several times to your phone number ( [protected] ) you never picked my call.

After so many conversation still no body has resolved the problem, I made so many calls to you and your team, Names: Susikaran, Karthik & Gajandran, I hope the entire problem is with Susikaran he is not taking the proper steps, So can you find what is the exact problem going on, If you want me to mail or call some other senior person please let me know ill do that.

This is Anjum Hyder hope you remember me i had spoke to you regarding the Aqua water pure it which i had bought from Saravana stores on 05/03/12, problem is water is not coming to the bottom container from the day one, Your tech Karthik came couple of time to solve the issue but still he could not able to help finally he said have to change the filter but they need your permission because its under the warranty period, As per our conversation over the phone you asked me to send the warranty card copy so that you can help me. Please find the attachment and do the needful as soon as possible.
