[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Pump Set CP6 not working | |||
Subject --- Replacement of pumping set CP6 of Aquagaurd Classic I have an Aquagaurd classic model which is under the service CONTRACT RECEIPT NO.[protected]. DATED 16/01/2012. On 1/10/12, my filter pumping set CP6 model was not functioning so I called upon for their Service franchise agent in the name of EURO SMART SERVICES- 73, ASHOK NAGAR, SIGRA, VARANASI. Earlier they used to say that we will serve you by today or tomorrow morning and like this 4 days passed on, thereby I got up a complaint no.43 dt.5/10/2012 with a reply that they would not be able to serve us due to unavalability of the pumping set; now they are not giving preference to our service support. I have an Aquagaurd compact model which is under the service CONTRACT RECEIPT NO.21452056.DATED 02/11/2012 for two years. On 8/1/13, my filter was not functioning so same day morning I called upon for their Service franchise agent in the name of EURO SMART SERVICES- 73, ASHOK NAGAR, SIGRA, VARANASI. Earlier they used to say that we will serve you by today but 3 days passed on no on come(I got up a complaint no.63).i again lodge a complain on 10th jan & asked for their address bt they avoid to disclose the address of service station & their behavior is not supportive.they said that they r sending service within 1hours BUT still NO ONE COME & we are facing SEVER DRINKING WATER problem.why ur company authorize such person who r UNABLE to provide service after TAKING MONEY ?????????????
