[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Refusal of service | |||
Sir, I Bought a water purifier from Eureka forbes. After one year I called them for the services. They came and done it. Same time they told me an offer that if I pay Rs. 3150 They will three year service including cleaning every six months and filter cartridge changing every year. Bur after the payment they are not done anything. as i am working abroad last may I called them and asked for it. But they are told they are not responsible for it, But before payment I called the (kottayam service center No.[protected] and[protected] and confirm from them about it.. after several call they are given me another no.[protected]. Then I called them, at last they came and done one service(04/12/2012). Now they are telling they are not going to do any other service. I paid the money on 27/05/2011.
