Eureka Forbes / Vacuum Cleaner (dry+wet) — non supply of invoice,non reply to call for demonstration

I had rung up 30580842 and requested for a demo of vacuum cleaner around 7.4.2010. Demo was done by some representative who delivered V.C(dry+wet ) type for around Rs 10000/-. After the delivery the same person (read Pramesh parihar-[protected]) has neither issued Invoice nor he is attending to our call for demo or otherwise. whom should I approach for redressal.please advise.
