[Resolved] Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner — Poor after sales service | |||
PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT!!! Their after sales service is extremely poor especially in Chennai... I bought a vacuum cleaner from them and the service guys have not responded for dust bag replacement even after repeated service requests... Now I am unable to use the vacuum cleaner and it is lying accumulating dust in my house... Was this information helpful? | |||

Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner — Pathetic after sales service
My vaccum cleaner (XForece) 2 months old the wire tension mechanism is not holding and i have called up the pune office and complaint centre so many times. the service engineer came once opened up the system and went without repairing. he said drum is not available. inspite of almost 2 months now, no one is bothering to get this new machine fixed. complaint no. [protected]. Consumer No. [protected]. I am frustrated with Erureka Forbes complaint mechanism. The toll free number picksup up the phone and disconnects after listening to the complaint. repeatedly Where do we go???.
