I needed a nanny to take care of my 2.5 month old son in April. I contacted Excel Manpower Services, Chembur in March'13. Call was received by Bharati. I was shifting to Mumbai from Bangalore by the end of April. Bharati assured me that she would provide me a baby sitter who is willing to come to Bangalore for 20-25 days and thereafter continue with me in Kharghar. Bharati called me several times to telll tat the maid is available and i need to pay Rs. 2000/- to interview her. Their executive came to our house in just 1 hour to take the payment and also gave me a proper receipt for the amount paid. Then one girl named Pallavi arrived for the job. she told me tat she was ready to come to Banglaore and work with us but on the scheduled date she had disappeared. Didnot even pick up the calls. I called Bharati again and she told us she would find new maid. Now its been 4 months. Neither i have received any nanny nor my money back. I have called their office several times. The staff speaks rudely. Bharti is on leave since she cheated us. Never comes on phone. This company is a real fraud. Please do not ask them for any services. They do the business of cheating people and using their hard earned money without giving any services. Bharti is a real cheat.
