[Resolved] Excel Manpower Services — Cheats frauds pls don't register and lose money with Excel Manpower Govandi mumbai | |||
Excel Manpower, at Govandi, Mumbai, through a Sulekha ad for Maids, approached us, took registration money of 3800 rupees upfront, but after receiving the money, no maids where sent as promised earlier and when asked they declined and threatned us saying they wont sent any maids and wont refund the money either. This company is a fraud. Please do not engage for their services. I had paid an advance of 3000 for driver and these guys have not provided the driver and nor have returned the advance. In fact they threaten and abuse their customers.

As you rightly said Excel Manpower services are cheaters.
Excel Manpower services is a fraud company.
Excel Manpower services promised to send maids at home. But in last 2weeks(since the time i have registered) not a single maid came. The exec & telecalLer at Excel Manpower services are not bothered to check our status & try to avoid the calls. At the time of enrollment Excel Manpower services promised to refund if not satisfied with their service & are reluctant to do so now.
I have paid Rs.4200/- to Excel Manpower services.
Have you people got your refund ?
Can we all come together & fight for it against Excel Manpower services.
Else Excel Manpower services will cheat more people like us. We should stop Excel Manpower services from doing so.

I agree with all of you, Excel Manpower Services is a fraud entity which fools people and take the registration money from them. Before enrolling for their services, they will treat us like God and once the registration is done, they will never be bothered to look into our matters. Neither they will send someone for the services nor will they entertain our request for the refund.
All the executives and the owner are fraud persons and I request the Government to cancel their registration so as to avoid people getting fooled from them.
I am also facing a similar problem with Excel Manpower Services, I was approached by Excel Manpower through Sulekha and they promised me for the full time housemaid. I paid the registration money of Rs. 2, 500/- by cash on 20.09.2011 to get the maid at the earliest but they did not send any one at my place. They kept on making excuses for not sending any maids for the interview and after one month, when i approached them for the refund of the amount, the telephone executive told me that it will take 2 months for the refund.
When I did not got the refund amount after 2 months, so I called up at their office and first of all they denied that their is no registration in your name and then they told that the registration is found but since our boss is not there, the refund process will take time. When I called up the owner, he said that he will look into the matter and refund the amount at the earliest. I waited for around 15 days to get any reply from them but they never contacted me. So again I called up at their office and enquired for the refund, they were not replying to my calls, keeping the phone on hold and not attending the phone. Hence, I called up the owner again but he was also acting wierd and never gave any conviencing reply.
I request you to cancel their registration and arrange to get our amount refunded to us.

It was my big mistake registering with Excel manpower Services in 20th August 2012 without reading the consumer court complaints. They have taken Rs3000 registration charge. But not sending any candidate and also refusing to refund money,
Both Bharti [protected] and Suresh [protected] are gangsters and operating a racket of extorting money in name of providing maid services. I am surprised that despite so many complaints they are still operating this fraud business freely. Their office nos are 27901772 and 27901773.
Wake up consumer court and take action against them.

excel manpower services are the best services which is the one leading company which provide services very fast and smoothly. we are know that our faith of the consultancy is good of excel is the name of excel and their services are also excel.
Excel Manpower services (http://www.excelmanpower.in/about-us.html) operating with nos: [protected]/7/8,[protected]/73 is a fraud company of Sanjay Gehlot. They give all fake information and before taking money give lot of calls and convince and later on taking money their MD itself declines to be owner of company and uses abusive language on demanding a service. These people have gone to jail also before but no strict action taken that time so dont fear anything and are continuously cheating people of their money. All the good reviews are just as fake as this so called company.
