[Resolved]  Exide — Battery Replacement

I purchased an Exide inverter battery from Unique traders ROORKEE.After 15 days of purchasing the battery it was not working properly.It was discharging in half an hour. I called inverter dealer and checked the inverter but it was O.K. I then carried the battery to Unique traders ROORKEE on 2.10.2009 He checked the battery again and it was discharged in half an hour then he said it will be replaced within 3-4 days. He sent the battery to Balaji Traders Haridwar I visited frquently to the Unique traders ROORKEE but answer was same i.e. 2-3 days. I also talk to Balaji Traders Haridwar on 31.10.2009 but he replies that not to talk with me, talk to Unique traders ROORKEE. I also talk to service center Dehradun on 1.11.2009. He said, that battery is O.K. but I could not get same or replaced battery as on date. Roorkee to Dehradun is only 72 Km. In this process one & half month has gone. How much time u will take to provide the battery. I am surprised that a reputed/Well known company is taking so much time to provide the service.It will be bad sign for the company & will carry the bad image to others and encourage not to buy Exide battery.

once you purchase exide battery you will not get it replacement because exide do not give replacement to dealers.90% of exide battery is rejected by the company in any condition its ok or faulty.when you go to dealer you say we want exide so he sold you. so its your responsibility to take replacement from company .what the dealer will do if exide reject him
I own a fluidic verna car.
the car was prefitted with an exide battery.
now when i am facing problems I visited Hyundai workshop located at Jahangir puri.
My car was with them for 5 days and after thorough observation they informed me that there is some manufacturing defect in the battery and it had some issues with the gravity and they also handed over me a letter which was addressed to exide battery and they also informed me that my battery will be changed free of cost as the car is still in warranty.
On 23 rd November I visited exide office located at Lawrence Road and met vikram singh.
After waiting there for 2 hours my battery was checked and the mechanic just said that the machine is saying "Good Battery".
Then I showed to vikram singh.Instead o[censored]nderstanding my problem he told me that these letters have no relevance as it only requires a letter head and a bond paper.

Now I am facing a lot of problems as I am a frequent commuter and need my car daily.

i have purchase a Suzuki Access on 7 march 2014, but know till date i facing some battery issue when we go to exide dealer (base on Rohtak road ) Oberoi Batery, his person check & say the battery not working properly so please change it,
i have called exide customer care for some enquiry but they not provide me any details
i only know where i go for replaceing this battery
