Express IT — Not received my courier

icici bank had sent two times a courier by you... i did not receive at once...now icici bank had sent me again a courier on[protected]. But still i haven’t recieved any courier.so pls this is my humble request to you that findout my courier and sent to me on my proper address that icici bank had given to you. pls this is a important courier to me .. send it to me as soon as possible.. my courier airway no is [protected].. and my address is # 38/3, New Arya Nagar, Near Shishu Lok School, Suraj Kund Road, Meerut - 250001... I also agree with the grievances being expressed by the readers over here. I am too experiencing the same problem. First time when ICICI bank sent the credit card courier, I got a message stating that delivery was attempted but could not be delivered. And when I called up those guys told me that nobody was there at home . When I told them that that's not true, they immediately said okay we'll deliver it today.
Now again I am back in same loop when ICICI bank has sent another addon card via awb [protected]. I have already received a sms that courier could not be delivered. When I call the number mentioned no one picks up the phone. I think ICICI bank is really using third grade courier service. I am still okay with the delays as I am not being at loss because of non-delivery of cards by the courier person. I would simply cancel the card and this way ICICI bank is the one which should get affected if at all they care about customers. I would not use ExpressIT for personal courier services though.

I have been approved for Credit card from ICICI bank and Re-dispatched on 27th March through Express IT couriers and for reference my Airway Bill No is [protected].

And I have called up ICICI Bank customer care to find out the status of delivery and one of your executive has provided these numbers to contact Express IT Pune :[protected] & Customer Care number:[protected].

But none of these numbers are working; all the time it’s switched off; please do confirm from your end atleast once if possible.

And there are many complaints on Express IT as you can see the list. I don’t even understand how these bank guys trust these people.

So I have called up ICICI customer care at PUNE and tried to inform the same but they are least bothered more over service and information what you provide through customer care number is not satisfactory, not even helpful and people out there are least bothered.

I don’t even expect you guys to react to my mail, but just to inform the status about your services.

ICICI bank send me two important courier, but unfortulately I did not receive them till date.

I whole heartedly agree with all the complaints given here. Express IT has third rate service, and this is the second time I am facing a problem. Last month they claim that they tried to deliver the credit card statement, but I never received it. I tried calling their local number given in the SMS. I am also facing the same problem as others, and they never answer the phone or answer very rudely. Since I did not get the document, it was returned to their Bombay office. These people said that the courier would be resent to me, and I never received it.

Now again, the same thing has happened, and although I recd an SMS, I have not got the courier, and the call is not being answered. How does one deal with such a situation ? ICICI had better take notice of the matter and change their courier company soon. The list of dissatisfied customers is growing day by day.

Worst courier service I have ever seen before. I got an sms that the delivery is refused. But my parents are there in the house. When I tracked, it said that the MiyaPur branch, Hyderbad delivered it. I couldnot find any such branch in miyapur. All the telephone nos they provided in sms are switched off. Can any one help me by telling where its office is near HiTech city so that I can go in person and collect it.

Hi,

I requested for BT from my credit card

for Rs 70, 000, after that I got confirmation message to my mobile
that the " Your BT request is processed Draft no 123456 for Rs 70000
is dispatched through ExpressIT Ref no [protected]" on 10 Apr 2008

On 11-Apr-2008 got message from Express IT that
"939722- we tried to deliver your consignment today vide Airways Bill [protected]
kindly contact ExpressIT immediately[protected]/[protected]No
is there to pickup)

also tried with the following number

[protected]/25227683/32528994/[protected] Bangalore Customer Service

No one called to my mobile from Express IT regarding this (what a service)
they simple send a message

FOR ICICI

ExpressIT is not good company, don't trust them, and don't spoil your
good name and customer Time/Money

I received a message from Express IT today i.e. on 26/04/08 on my mobile stating that a courier could not be delivered as the flat was locked with the message to contact on Tel No. 28216915. Despite several continuous attempts the TEL No. was not available. I do not understand how responsible companies send their mails through such couriers to their customers!!!.
