[Resolved]  Express It Courier — Non-Delivery of Courier from ICICI Bank

I totally agree with this, about 10 days ( 7days as per SLA) over that I got a confirmation on the courier from ICICI and that still not reached me. Thanks for the folks for providing this hopeless guys web address, which is very hard to find through any search engine.

BTW how do you people access the tracking details, I am unable to find a link in their site.

I also faced a similar problem. I tracked the consignment status online and one day it changed to exception with the status message "Exception - Wrong Pincode Provided By Shpr, C'Ment R'Ted To Correct Branch .". I then dialed up the mumbai customer service and verified the address and pin number and found out to be correct. Then i asked about the exception and message. He told he was clueless and you have to call the local customer care in kerala. I tried calling them up and that went unanswered. Now the status is delivered and when checked with Mumbai Express-IT, the courier is delivered in Cochin, 350 KMs far from the correct location. The courier send is a password, how can they deliver such sensitive consignment to a wrong address. This is happening for the 4th time. ICICI and their partners sucks BIG TIME!!

Icici bank says itself to be a service oriented bank.
What kind of a service is this?
I have applied for my internet banking password 4 times but not yet received.
And nobody in Express IT Couriers picks the phone.
This is pathetic.

This courier co. ics courier, madarchod co.but the co. who give them the job r chutiya of the world, inspite of so much complaints they still give them job

Express IT Courier — Useless Courier company chosen by SBI for credit cards delivery

Expressit courier is the waste and useless courier in the country.
when i tried to reach them by phone no busted and raskel picking the phone.

I Have applied for personal loan to ICICI bank were i required the amount very urgent basis, they have sanctioned the same immediately and send DD on 3rd october'08, i have reached the DD after 10 days, this is not fair on ur part, when i contacted ur local courier address ( begumpet - Hyderabad) no body answers and very much wrost services, now a days customer service is very important to keep up the business, i dont understand why ur courier services is in such a bad pathetic situation, queries should reach ur upper level management ( directors) if this is not happening, implement it immediately and directors also look ur business towards down level also, other wise u better close ur business becasue pls dont make others to suffer for ur neglegence, take this in a positive matter
