I did NOT RECEIVED the courier till now & sending internet banking passwords to me through this EXPRESS IT courier ..I have not received any thing.

when i asked about my doucket then they give excuses of not finding my address.

I did not received the courier till now in poona, kotak mahindra bank send cridt card, u r deplomat also call me on 22 nd july regarding courier, but not delivered yet .

we received SMS in u r company with POD NO -AWB [protected] .

pls treat this matter as most urgent .

I also faced a similar problem. I tracked the consignment status online and one day it changed to exception with the status message "Exception - Wrong Pincode Provided By Shpr, C'Ment R'Ted To Correct Branch .". I then dialed up the mumbai customer service and verified the address and pin number and found out to be correct. Then i asked about the exception and message. He told he was clueless and you have to call the local customer care in kerala. I tried calling them up and that went unanswered. Now the status is delivered and when checked with Mumbai Express-IT, the courier is delivered in Cochin, 350 KMs far from the correct location. The courier send is a password, how can they deliver such sensitive consignment to a wrong address. This is happening for the 4th time. ICICI and their partners sucks BIG TIME!!

I had applied for cheque book through hdfc portal (online) & as per the hdfc staff the cheque book has been sent on 14th aug'08 but i had not recd till date 22nd aug'08. After confirming with the hdfc staff they had given the AWB no.-[protected].

there is no use of simply putting a complaint, as it is like putting a paper into a dustbin.its going to be a long period, where i could not receive my courier. what are the people doing over there? are they sleeping?

I didnot received a courier that was dispatched on 1-sep-2008 and 15 days happened. I called 5 times to customer care and gave all details. and also updated my details in 3 mails .But still now 15-sep-2008 i didn't got the courier.Are they sleeping?.. worst courier service i saw till now.

I did NOT RECEIVED the courier till now & i have received the docket no. on 5th of October through the customer care by SMS. When i check this on Internet than i came to know that this courier had been delivered on 30th of September.

i have not my credit card statemet of barclaycard from last 2mouth. i got messges that statement had been delivery but i have not recived the statment . But i have recived 1st mouth statment on time, but last mouth on 31st i have recived a messge stating that they had sent a courier through EXPRESS IT COURIER AWB NO. [protected]. But till date i have not recieved the courier, and last two also i had recived same messges but courier had not delivery to me, and the same i made compliant with barclaycard cosmercare but they also not responded to.
so,
pls look in to this matter, and slove my courier problem.

I have HDFC bank twice to send me my debit card which I have still not received. It has been two months because of EXPRESS IT sugglish and pathetic service that I have failed to recieve my parcel. I just cannot believe How did you'll ever come with the name for yur own self...I reaally feel that either you guys do not know the meaning of EXPRESS or dont understand the urgency of a person. You guys have 4 numbers listed but not even a single one works must be either because you guys have not paid the bill ... It is really the most disgraceful COURIER company which I have come accross. If you guys cannot deliver a parcel PLEASE DONT ACCEPT IT !!! as it causes problem for the one who owns it.
I have checked the security records even to find out that you guys are liers as well because you'll have informed the bank that you visited my Office KPIT CUMMINS on 30-Oct...when I was working for the entire day...and you'll have no records.Your customer service is even more far beyond imaginations they keep saying that we do noit deliver parcel in certain areas...
