[Resolved]  Expressit Courier — Pathetic Services

I have ordered a online product. i just check my package #E[protected]status on Expressit site they were saying that " Exception - Cnee Company Having Holiday-Delv Net Working Day " I have checked in my company mail room and found that there was no holiday. The package is with their bangalore center since 22nd Oct and today is 27th Oct but i have not received it.
apart from it they have a very pathetic customer care. i called several times and they didn't pick the call even after 10-12 minutes of ringing. I drop them two mail as well but No reply. so i am thinking to file a case at consumer forum.

Dear Sir,
The parcel with important documents sent from Delhi on 31 AUG 2012 not reached the addressee till date. No body is responding from PUNE and PIMPRI offices.

Expressit Courier — Non delivery of parcel

Awaiting parcel from USA through Expressit since Sep 21. Customer service promise delivery of the parcel more than 3 times that I have called them. The Regional Office in Bangalore do not pick up the phone. Since this morning (Oct 9) Customer Service has stopped picking up calls. Kindly help!
