[Resolved] Expressit Couriers — PAN CARD NOT DELIVERED !! | |
Dear Friends, My Pan card was couriered through Expressit on June 4th. The document was kept in their Cochin office for 3 days. When i enquired with NSDL Tax Information Network of the Income Tax Department they gave me the courier details and airway bill number as[protected]. I went to their office at Amulya Street Providence Road Cochin. The officials were wearing a Orange T Shirt and they casually replied " document has reached our office, but not there in this office, the courier delivery will be made within 7 days, its only 3 days now". This response itself speaks volumes about the so called "ISO company". What ethics the company has i wonder. This is the worst courier experience i have ever had in my life. I had called up their customer complaint number, sent a mail still there was no response. I wonder how the Income Tax depatment sends valuable documents through such unethical courier companies. I am still waiting for my pan card, its DAY 4. I am planning to take up the matter with Senior IT officials. express it courier pod no:[protected].on date 5-2-2009.we went to express it couriers that courier manager in thirupathi not responding good.we went to three times for that pan card .that express it courier tirupathi finally returnen to mumbai. please stop the pan cards express it couriers thirupathi. please send my pan card to my adress:18-1-641, first floor, bavani nagar, devender theatre road, thirupathi.pin code:517501.chittoor district, ANDHRA PRADESH

ExpressIT couriers — Non delivery of courier
Hi,I have never seen such a courier service. It has been the second time that they have not delivered a courier from icici bank which was important. They simply say that the consignee is not available without contacting him or her. Most pathetic service. My courier AWB number was [protected]
I cant understand why ICICI bank uses such a pathetic courier agency.
STRICT LEGAL ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM.
