Barclays PLC sent me courier to expressway it. 3 times they have sent through this company. Not even once they have delivered it to me. I have given them my Mobile and landline number. They did not call me. Twice they sent docs back to the bank stating iam not in the address provided. But 24/7 my mother is in home and no one came to deliver it. Normally all courier companies will call the person if they cannot find out their address. That also did not happen. Now on the 3rd attempt, they have stated that it has been delivered to my nephew Kavitha. But no one resides near my home with that name or i do not have nephew in that name.
