[Resolved]  External Hard Disk — delay in repair

I have given my External 320 GB Hard disk to service centre on 23 august 2010, because it stopped working due to some internal defect.Till date (18 october 2010) i have not received any response from the Transcend. It is so frustrating and i am not able to save my data.

This is the kind of service Transcend has provided me.
