Let Me Feel free to give review On this company. This Company Handling the marketing team Just Like a advisor In Insurance.Their is No investor. A good Motivator with a sound Group Perhaps Build this Company.So you can assume What would be the rule & we are donkey to understand this simple logic.
Few problem Why Thing May Goes Wrong:
* This group assume that they can reach the break even before the budget got over, but dear its india you need a strong research before jumping into a conclusion ( Perhaps this group does not care Market research / Tools LIke SPSS / trends etc)
* They invest in a sector without understanding the consumer buying behaviours .
* When They work on payment gateway till date they could not able to find the best permutation that will click.
*It is very top to make ___ understand that here a simple logic will work not a brilliant idea.
Few Notes:
Lunch packago.com with a handsome investment but not a single rupee invest in PPC
Most of the Traffic are Bouncing
In new but no strategy when in news so ZERO Reference Traffic

I Do have a strong feeling that this company will seriously Need a Research If they need success With Strong Marketing strategy . Perhaps This is The best Time For Lunching Of this Company Not 2009 However This company Now Need 2-3 years break here onwards, and should come with Finance, Strong Logic support by market research, and the Correction Learn from Mistake.{ But should be in News/ internet /mails till that date

eZeecloud Infoserves pvt ltd company is an no1 fraud company, please dont book hotels reservations and any of the requests from ezeecloud.
I am an employe from an mysore. This company started to growth in mysore from may 2010 with strength of 60 employes and there was a bond for 1 year with no ESI and PF benifits, they have said this is new company still the processing is going on later you will get the benifit as pe the emplyee welfare. Mysore employees worked for strong growth to establish and recongize in an hospitality process as month goes they have started the eZee link portal to book online and revenu is also good and later they have planned for portal ezeestay and it is released and they have terminated all the employees in mysore they have shut down in mysore now hiring process only in banglaore please dont join they will not pay you salary and benfits.
About CEO he is the no one fraud CEO Mr. Rajesh Kotta in mysore he as hired H.R as rukmini now she is working in theorems pvt ltd mysore, she has dont know one point of hr procedures and employee policy. In this company if we higlighted why still company is not registered and we are not getting the benfits and salary we are not reciving properly means that employee will be terminated. Another HR was there yashoda she is not coming for work she is coming for an enterinment affair was there with vijay now he is working in theorems as web designer there affair in an company for other employee is an free show like A certificate movie XX, some of the employees were contributed extermely well for growth of the company some of them are Anuradha, Meghana, Vikram, Darshan, Aanad, Manju, Manu Kumar, Kiran, Devaiha, Kanchana, Radha, Raghu.
Some of the employees he as terminted for rising the issues what happen in an company giving an silly reason vikram, darshan, manu kumar, kiran, raghu.
CEO as played an game with the employees and for him Rukimini was the supporter worst and stuped CEO.

This is true.They will not give you salary if you miss a single day daily report.They will ask for explanation mail and hold your salary.The daily report should be 15 minutes split and for 9am-9pm.There are some specially recruited employees who verify the daily reports to reduce your salary.They will not pay you any incentives, pay you 5-6 thousand instead of 25000.For developers and testers they will not pay a single penny for 6 months.After 6 months if you survive there they will pay you only 3-4 thousand.If you ask for an increment they will assign you some more difficult work which you never do and end up with sought of the CEO.He will keep on sought till you leave the organization.So you will end up with no experince, no relieve order, tourture.They will not give you relive order as they will make a bond for 2 years.We have faced all this.
