o If cancellation would happen 24hrs before from the check in date, then 50% of the total amount will be adjustable within two months
o If cancellation done before 48hrs check in date, then 100% of the total amount will be adjustable within two months.
o 100% of the booking amount will be deduducted if cancellation done within 24 hours of standard checkin time
• No Show Policy
o 100% of booking amount will be deducted.

o You ( The Primary Guest) should be 18years of age or above to check-in at the property
o You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract and be either 18years or above age to make a booking
o eZeeCloud InfoServes Pvt Ltd is contracted and authorized by accommodation provider (named and addressed on the bottom of booking page) including its employees and agents (We/Us/Our) to resell their accommodation inventory to guests (You or the Legal Entity representing you).
o These Booking Terms apply to the accommodation provided by the business named and addressed on the bottom of booking page and the person or legal entity making the Booking. These Booking Terms are governed by Indian penal code and You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts (and appellate courts) exercising jurisdiction in Bengaluru (Karnataka) for any proceedings in connection with these Bookings except where We agree in writing for other terms. By making a Booking You automatically agree to accept these Booking Terms.
o Bookings made are legally binding contract between You (or Legal entity representing you) and Us (eZeeCloud InfoServes Pvt Ltd) and it comes into effect when We accept and confirm reservation from You. and after receiving either full/part payment/non refundable deposit of the total price quoted. Bookings must be paid for using an acceptable and valid credit/debit card or net banking. When a Booking is confirmed, a reservation number is given. This number must be retained for access to the Booking details if cancellation or amendment is necessary.
o In the rare unforeseen circumstances if we cannot deliver Your requested accommodation - You will be offered alternate accommodation or a full refund
o We reserve the right to terminate/cancel/withhold Your Booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where You engage in unacceptable behavior that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests.
eZeeCloud T&C - Payments
o eZeeCloud InfoServes Pvt Ltd is reselling accommodation and other value added services (if applicable) online to you. Hereby You authorize eZeeCloud InfoServes Pvt Ltd to charge your card/bank account an amount as shown on your booking.
o Your credit card details will be processed by our 128 bit Secured Payment Gateway. You can pay with Mastercard, Visa, Diners, Debit Cards or Net Banking.
o Your Credit card will be charged as 'eZeeCloud InfoServes Pvt Ltd'
o Your card will be charged in Indian Rupees. In case your card is not denominated in Indian Rupees your bank may convert Indian Rupees into the currency of the card at their own exchange rate before posting charges to your credit card.We cannot be held liable if your bank/financial institution levy any charges for currency conversion
eZeeCloud T&C - Booking Cancellations and Refunds
o Any Cancellation or amendments in the booking at any time before Check-in must be dealt with us by calling at +[protected] or sending e-mail to [protected]@ezeecloud.com
o Booking amount you pay also includes 4% booking administration charges which are Non-Refundable in any case
o Before 48 hours of check-in, any refund of booking amount in case of cancellation will be processed by eZeeCloud InfoServes Pvt Ltd.
o All refunds will be strictly made to same credit card or bank account which was used to pay for booking
o Any Stay Reduction or enhancement after check-in at the Property must be dealt directly with accommodation provider. Any refund in this case will be processed by accommodation provider.
o eZeeCloud InfoServes may take up to 14 working days to process refunds for bookings cancelled following the process above. Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account
eZeeCloud T & C - General
o The kids tariff applies only to children up to 12 years of age.Children above 12 years are charged adult rates. Kids under the age of 5, sharing a bed with their parents in the same room, are normally not charged but should be confirmed with the accommodation provider. Hotel/Property may levy a meal supplement charge for children
o You are required to carry your valid Photo I.D proof with permanent address i.e. (Voter ID, Driving License or Passport) at the time of Check in.You may also be required to mention your current residential address at the time of check in if it is different from your address as mentioned on the document provided, along with a land-line telephone number.If you are a Foreign Nationals then you are required to carry your valid Passport and a valid India Visa therein at the time of check in.
eZeeCloud T&C - Liability
o Our total liability to You is limited to the price of the Booking and to the fullest extent permitted by law all warranties are excluded and in no circumstances will We be responsible for any indirect or other damages not described above
o You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to Us or Our property by Your act, omission, default or neglect and You agree to indemnify Us and to pay Us on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss

i am help center member from ezeecloud and i checked your booking id and it is not happened with us please dont waste your time and blame us for your mistake.
Yes friend it is true .It is a no 1 big FRAUD company in the world.I am the CUSTOMER for this company. BOOKED hotel on 6/12/12, 2 rooms for 29th ( check in) & 30th Dec. (check out) & paid money online. On 22 while confirming from hotel about booking, got reply "we had no booking for you". I contacted Mr. Tushar, company officer who promised that I will get the rooms when I will reach hotel & i had to carry the printout of Booking Confirmation Mail Ref No: SAK[protected] Date: 06/12/2012. WHEN i reached hotel at 6 P.M on 29th of dec. along with my family with 2 small children's & showed the printout of Booking, I was refused entry by hotel owner Mr. Ashu, on the ground that -- there is no booking & there are no rooms vacant at present, the company was intimated two month's in advance not to book any of their rooms. I contacted the company, & got the reply, to manage my stay as none of the superior is present, to solve my problem. On viewing our condition Mr. Ashu tried many hotels & finally got one for us having 2 rooms at 4th floor with no lift. I went there & found rooms stinking & worst. So I had to spent three times more money for the rooms. On reaching back to my residence, with great difficulty I contacted Mr. Tushar & explained him the situation, First he tried to over power me, but finally he promised, he will try to settle the matter. On 6/2/13, I got message on my mobile "Your reservation with reference no SAK[protected] has been cancelled successfully. Amount INR 1, 139.72 will be refunded to your account with in 15 working days." But it remained unsuccessful, I reminded by mail to the company on 3rd march2013. NO REPLY. I called on 22/3/13, phone got connected to Mr. Durgesh Chaudhry, who reply "Mr. Tushar had left the company & he is now on his place", will go in detail & reply in 2 days. TODAY is 10/04/2013 . still waiting for REPLY======YOU DECIDE "HOW TO DEAL WITH THE COMPANY "
