[Resolved] Ezeego1 — Amount debited from the account but Ticket was not booked | |
I had booked Ticket for myself to Pune via Air Deccan and the same was processed, however PNR number was not generated. After several follow-ups, just one day before my travel (the travel was important business trip) got a call from customer care about my tickets not being booked because of some technical glitch at their end. The customer care executive was very rude and unreasonable suggesting that I now buy a new ticket at triple the price (although he said that at the most they can refund my original amount, however I don know how many follow ups I probably would have to do in order to get it after reading so many other similar complaints). When I kept questioning about the solution, the guy just banged the phone down and an email was received stating cancellation of ticket and now I am stuck for no fault of mine. The company and the executive should bear the brunt of their fault and not me. I have now with no other solution bought the tickets at a higher amount but the price for this should be borne by ezeego1 not to forget the mental trauma that me and my family are facing.
