I used their telebooking service to book the free Air Decaan tickets offered to me as part of their promotional programe. I tried booking through their website initially but failed as it was going timedout and resulting in deactivation of the Promo Codes.
FInally I called their Customer Care for telebooking and repeated the Sector and Dates of travel; but to my badluck their CC Executive booked the ticket for Mumbai-Delhi Sector instead of Bangalore-Delhi Sector. During the same call, immediately after the booking , I updated the CC executive that she has done the wrong booking; she also realized that and told me that she has forwarded the case to concerned department.
I had called their Customer Care 5-6 times a day and was repeating the same story again n again. but was getting the same answer that the concerned deptt will get back to me. After 7 days of chasing up, I was able to get a response from that so called 'Concerned Deptt'. But again to my bad luck, after narrating the same story (issuance of wrong tickets) again, I was told that they will call me after sometime. Yet after 4-5 days of chasing, they responded back in the form of email.
Now to my surprise this is the response I got
"Firstly accept our apologies for inconvenience caused to you.
We request you t that you can have a word with the airline if they needful to you, its well and good ,otherwise the procedure is the sectors cannot be change that you have to cancel the same unwanted ticket.
Should you require any further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us on our Toll Free No..."
I have a strong feeling of being cheated:
- They are asking me to cancel and book the new tickets on my own? That too when its all their mistake in booking.
- Who will bear the charges for this cancellation and new tickets booking?
- No proper response, I had to chase like anything calling them 10 times a day.
I request everyone please dont use services of this fraud company. They are so unliable.
