[Resolved]  Fame Cinemas — For taking money unnecessarily which we don't wish to have.

Recently I've booked the tickets for Paa at Fame Raghuleela, Vashi in Gold Class of time 3.45 PM. As the cost of tickets are 350/- per head. Then why did your people charge me Rs. 900/- for 2 tickets in which there is food coupon of Rs. 200/- which I don't wish to have. They said it is compulsory to buy it. At the other end, on internet i've to pay only Rs. 700/- + Rs. 30/-(booking charges). I'm a fan of fame cinemas & always watch movies in Gold class. This was the first time for me to book the tickets direct from ticket counter as I used book tickets on internet.

My question to Fame cinemas is, if a person don't want to eat/drink at that time interval then Rs. 200/- is waste for him/her. So why is this compulsion?

Please do not push any compulsion on viewers. This is my humble request.

Take it as a serious matter. You are serving people so they can enjoy. If you people will try to dominate them in the mascot of sales then no-one will come to you for avail that so called facility.
