[Resolved]  Fame Cinemas — Show cancellation

Hello,
Myself Kapil Sarse from vadodara Gujarat,a regular viewer of movies at Fame cinemas, Want to log a complaint.
Details are as fallows
Today (15/01/2011) ,I have seen the advertisement in the Times of India and accordingly went to buy a ticket for the movie green hornet in Fame vihar..
The showtime mentioned was 9:00 AM and accordingly I reached to the theator by 8:40 AM to buy the ticket.I got the reply from your ticket counter
that I am the first one to buy the ticket for this show and hence they can not sell the ticket until at least 7 viewers are not there for the show.
I had been asked to wait for 5 min.After 5 min I have been again asked to wait for 5 min for the same reason.The same condition was there till 9:15 AM
and finally I have been informed that show has been canceled.
This is not the correct way to run the theater.If you have advertising the show time in news paper than you have to run the show .You can not make such decision .I have lost my 35 min .If atleast seven members are the condition to run any show than please mention the same in news advertising also.mark a star of condition apply for this.I have never seen such a incident in my whole life but today I came to know that there is a theater Named "FAME CINEMAS" where if you go for a movie than you might have to returned back for such a reason.
I am really very disappointed from such kind of thing in fame cinema.Now onwards , I have to ask fame cinema people first that whether 7 tickets are sold or not.
Or the best option to go to other multiplex.
I could not see the movie on my weekend as per my plan.
Very disappointing..
