[Resolved] Fashion And You — Non delivery of item and no response | |
When i start shopping on this site i was very happy that i will get branded items on discount but i have very bad experience with this website. From beginning my first order was of replay sunglasses order no - 13246 i have not get any reply from the website for one month then after many calls they replied we have not received the product from merchandise and your order is canceled and after some days same product was on sale again. Then my second order i placed on 18 / 08 / 2010 order no. 40898 showing in - transit from last one month tracking no - [protected] but i dont know where to track it and customer care number is always busy. I have sent approx 5 - 6 mails to [protected]@fashionandyou.com but no response. But still i placed third order on 24 / 10 / 2010 order no - 86961 of two perfumes and one shoes and after 27 days i received the call from fashion and you and they said sir the blue jeans perfume you ordered is not in stock with us and when i asked about other things i ordered they disconnect the phone. Now same thing happened with me again. Now i want to ask you one thing why you list the product on your website when you cant deliver it. Please reply me about my previous order (40898) have u actually delivered it or not and are you able to deliver my current order (86961) or not? Amandeep Was this information helpful? | |

NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND TILL NOW.
even after 6 days, , i have not received the refund..i came to know from my other friends and relative that this is the main business of fashion and you that they simply take the money and do not refund even after so many followups.this type of online shopping sites should be blocked immediately.Request consumer compaint site to interven in this regard, Any way mam planning to file a case also against the site for the amount and compensation for troubling me, As the item was for the gift pupose and non delivery of items forced me to go through with the social embarasment and gave me mental tension as well.

I ordered four sarees out of which three were banarasi sarees, more than one month ago(which i thought of gifting to my mom). While i received the non banarasi saree within two weeks, i hvnt got the other three sarees till date. Finally, after more than five weeks when i checked out my order history, i was shocked to find that all my orders have been cancelled, the reason for which is still unknown to me, thanks to their no response attitude to customer queries. It is sheer irresponsibility and indifference towards their so claimed valued customers on part of fashion and you to cancel orders so nonchalantly without even bothering to inform the concerned customers and citing the reason for the same.I purchase most of my stuff online and i must say fashion and you is the worst online shopping website i have ever come across .With least concern for their customers, they lack the basic entrepreneural as well as behavioural skills.

@fashion and you - Please update me on the status of my order number - 3469240. I have following up on this for weeks and was given an invalid courier tracking website by your customer service representative. Looking forward to your quick response.
My oder no. is[protected] and its more than 10 days now. The status still shows shipment not started. I'v shopped from many other websites but fashion and you has disappointed me with such lazy service.

Regarding order #[protected]. Ordered on 3rd Nov 2014, when I check the status on the website I see that it's shipped through Ecom Express but there is no tracking number for the same. When I tried to contact FashinandYou customer support number it doesn't connect as that number doesn't exists. I mailed to the support email ID [protected]@fashionandyou.com, no response. Please make the delivery of the product ASAP, it's almost 17 days since I placed the order, should not take this long time. Very very disappointing service. I have seen in this thread that people have not received their products ordered for months from you Website, if this happens with me, I will be forced to drag the issue to Consumer Court. Please take necessary corrective actions to avoid this ASAP.
Negative 100 should be your rating...Why don't you guys shutdown this website and sit at home...

i purchased one item on 20/07/2011 from fashionand you.com vide order number 627752 for the amount of Rs.1219,but i have not received the same till now.as per the terms and condition they asked for 3-4 weeks to deliver but even after giving complaint they are not responding with the correct revert and nor refunding the amount.complaint no.given by them just for reference is 593131.No body is giving me call in this regard and not contacting personally with proper revert.they are simply sending fake despatch status and standard revert.please do the needful.regards
