I request all the ONLINE SHOPPERS, please do not buy from www.fashionandyou.com. This website is poor on quality of products and poor on service. I have ordered two times and one of my friends has a 3 times bad experience of buying online from www.fashionandyou.com. The product received is never of good quality. I had ordered Fila white leather slippers, which lasted just for 1 month as the leather started pealing off in just 25 days and exactly after 35 days it broke off. A BIG SHAME for FILA TOO. I thought that this can be a one time incident. Then after a month I ordered a shirt, the shirt had loose stitches and had to be restitched, when I complained to their customer care they said that they are helpless.

I urge that Fashion and You CEO Pearl Uppal and, Investors led by Norwest Venture Partners and Intel Capital should definitely look at these kind of complaints as the future of online shopping lies in trust created by online shopping portals where touch and feel is not there while buying, if this continues all www.fashionandyou.com will have is one time shoppers on its site and online shopping phobia shoppers as its target audience.

I had a bad experience with Fashion and You, which I want to share with her, becoz my issue has not been resolved yet...
Here's another instance of pathetic Customer Services from Fashion and You...I had made a purchase on FnU (a watch) and after 2 days I get a callback stating that the order has been cancelled due a 'technical problem' as apparently ' the prices updated for the products on the site were incorrectly updated' !!! As a result of this they credit my account with Rs 250 and inform me by mail that the voucher is valid till 5 April 2012. I had been waiting to buy another product and decided to use the voucher. Since the sale never came back I decided to use the Rs 250 voucher on 5 April evening to buy something else! As i log in I could see the credits reflecting on my a/c however while making the purchase I did not get a option to use the voucher. When I call the customer services I am told that ' the voucher expired on 5 April at 9.03 AM!!!' Some manager by the name of Nidhi Gupta comes over (after half an hour of explanation and repeated explanation) and promises me a callback 'within 24 hours'!!! I am yet to receive a callback...I have been a customer for about 2 years now and FnU have steadily deteriorated in terms of service. Apart from selling products which looks second hand, they have sought to fooling customers like this!!! I am a regular online shopper and although sites like Yebhi and Urban touch may not offer such varied products, they atleast value their customers!!! FashionandYou...Shame on you guys!!!
PLEASE GUYS NEVER EVER BUY FROM FASHIONANDYOU...PATHETIC QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BOUGHT ADIDAS TRACKPANTS, AND IN 2DAYS FURS CAME OUT FROM THE BACK SIDE OF TRACKPANTS. So another frustrating experience with Fashion and You! I've written to their customer service countless times but they just will not take responsibility. It cost me 4.5K and It is lopsided, tiltling to the right side so much that it is unwearable unless you want to look stupid. And no where in the pictures on the website did they show this. It is a semi stitched kurta and now they are saying the fault is my tailor's!! So I should claim the 4.5K and the stiching money from the tailor apparently. I am so tired of such shirking of responsibility. If anyone can, then please give me the CEOs contact details.

I want to give them a 0 rating. What can I really do about this?
I also had a worse experience with Fashion and you. My order no s 2928808 & since it was not the product i had ordered for fashion and you are supposed to refund my money, on 25th of march, 2013 i had returned that product & today is 17 th of April, still the only response i am getting from the support people of FNY that i have to wait for 48 hours & they are so inefficient & unprofessional after every 48 hours they are again making me wait for another 48 hours.

I have decided to write directly to Mr. Harish Bahl if am not getting my cheque dispatched by today itself.

I have got his email id from linked in & will share it with all of you in a day's time.

Horrible experience,
this is with reference to my order no.3110861. I had ordered a Bhagalpuri Silk Saree with Blouse from Fashion and You. I was impressed by the general look and feel of the saree when I saw it on their website and that's why I placed an order for it. However, when I received it I could make out even before I opened the saree that it was much much duller than what was shown on the website. The saree picture gave the impression that it is a bright yellow saree with a maroonish border with a look and feel of silk. But it turned out to be a dullish mustard/brownish saree with a purpulish border and a sub-standard fabric. I wanted to return the product but was told by their customer service reps that it can't be returned as they don't have any policy regarding a customer's satisfaction with a product. So you buy a product which you realize is bad when you receive it, but you are stuck with it because they are not bothered whether you like it or not. While I understand a picture my vary from the actual product slightly, they must extend that concession to the customer too during online shopping since the customer can't touch, feel or see a product directly. We buy a product based on how we see it on the website. If I had known the saree would be so dull looking and it doesn't seem worth 500 Rs, leave alone the 1000 rs that i paid for it, I'd have never ordered it. They can't only have return/refunds for sizing issues, but they should also have them for specifications and if a customer is not satisfied with a product they should be allowed to return them. In any case, they offer only store credits, so the customers will anyway have to buy some other product from them. I am a very dissatisfied customer right now because I am now stuck with a product I do not want because I neither like the colour nor the feel of it. I don't think I'll waste my money on Fashion and You ever again!!!

I have placed an order for a dress on 20th July 13 and have paid the full amount while placing my order.

I have been following up on my order since last 2 weeks and have called thecustomer care executive countless times. But I failed to receive any concrete reply about the delivery.
Every time, I have been told that the response will be provided within 48 hours about the delivery. I don't think these guys are making any note of customer's request or questions because every time I had to explain my request and history of all the calls I have made. In spite of many follow ups, neither a mail nor a phone call from FnU to provide me the status. I have sent a mail as well to the [protected]@fashionandyou.com and got no response.
Out of frustration I have written to their media relation mail id as well, but i am tired to repeat that I HAVE NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM.
I am totally furious now with their service and customer handling. It's a stress to deal with them.

FIRST THEY SEND ME A JACKET, THEN I MAIL THEM ABOUT THE WRONG PRODUCT. THEN I AM TOLD TO PROVE THAT THE PRODUCT IS WRONG, SO I END UP SENDING EMAILS AND PICTURES . THEN FINALLY 4 WEEKS LATER THEY PICK THE PRODUCT, THIS WAS 9TH JULY, AND TILL DATE I AM FOLLOWING FOR THE REFUND.

THROUGHT THIS TIME AND DID NOT RECIEVE A SINGLE CALL APOLOGISING OR FOLLOW REGARDING THE PRODUCT I AM THE ONE WHO KEEPS CALLING UP WEEK AFTER WEEK .

Here's another instance of pathetic Customer Services from Fashion and You...I had made a purchase from FnU of 2 Dinner Sets on 1st of October’14 bearing Order No. 4275463‏, after the Dinner Set reached me after a week, but both the dinner sets were broken. I immediately call the customer care and spoken to their executive to try and help me initiating the exchange/ replacement process of the Plates & Rice tray, than processing the refund..
As per them “The Replacement wasn’t possible”, so I initiated refund pick up, the Pick up took 2 weeks - My order was picked from my place on the 24th of Oct'14 (Friday), bearing receipt number is[protected]..
Even after calling the customer care 20-25 times, My refund payment hasn’t been initiated yet and it’s been more than 50 Days, I am yet to receive a callback from the Inefficient Customer Care... A Complete Disaster!!
I have been a customer for more than 3years now and FnU have steadily deteriorated in their terms of service. Extremely poor Customer care response and the after service delivery coordination.. Truly Disheartening!!
I have placed my order for expensive, designer watch on 21st Oct. but it is more than one month and I have still not received my order. Forget about receiving the order the same has not been procured at your end. Every time I call up at your customer care I get different dates... we are expecting it to reach us by 12th, 15th, 18th, 20th and the latest was 23rd Nov!!! On top of that its me who is doing all the follow ups, there was not even single call or mail from Fashion and you apologizing for delay or offering a solution. Is this how you claim to be the e commerce giants??? I think you need to learn customer service lessons from your competitors…. You have a long way to go there…

I am really fed up... This is the worst purchase experience I had online and I will make sure that none of my family or friends get duped by FnU again in future.

This is seriously annoying and frustrating and I must say that you have just lost a loyal customer and the credit goes to only you and your world class team.

I am very disappointed with your web site and customer support services given to customer, i had two coupons in my account one was for my order number 4264949 where a cheap quality passport organizer was sent which was not worth even for 10 rupees when i called and complaint about the same your customer support dint give me refund instead i was given i coupon but it was not available at all to use and when ever i wrote email complaining the same i use to get reply saying coupons are very much available in your account which was misleading and cheating me and now when i call customer support i am been told that the validity of the coupon has been expired which is cheating, i was not given a chance to use the coupon at all as it was not available in my account to use it and other coupon was for Rs 500 which was given to me by fashion and you whose validity was until Dec 2015 but still i dont have coupon in my account to use it . I would request you to kindly active my both the coupons in my account to use it and not to cheat customer in this manner. I hope you would upgrate the service and quality of the product that you display on your web site. Hope my issue will be resolved by you, as you would not want your customer to get disappoited and stop placing order from this web site.

I also had a bad experience where my past two orders got canceled on its own and the mail comes that i canceled that order. Then when asked, their executive speaks rudely to me. Their executive confirmed both the orders when they happened. But then when asked about cancellation the executive says i might have had a bad network. I am never shopping from this website again. Wow what a great service you have first of all you send us the order which is cancelled, then when we return the order you are not ready to give the entire amount and mixing two different product together and returning the Less Price Amount WOWWWW.

I have complained to you and booked the reverse pick up for order no[protected] Value INR 575 and paid amount INR 575 . When I paid 575 I need 575 back not the less amount .

when you know I booked as reverse pick up of order no 12045 and you found the order is difference you would have given me a call for the same .

****You post big big discount on your website and not capable of returning the right amount ****.

Listen to me I am not gonna pay for your staff mistake I need my entire money back otherwise I will go to consumer forum for the same now its not about 140 INR its about cheating someone I dont do that and I cant bear that .

You people have given me the worst online shopping experience ever. I had ordered a product on 30th May 2015, and till date I receive response that it will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. You have commited timelines for delivery which says 12-13 days. ITS BEEN 20 DAYS and same old story that product is in warehouse and will be dispatche after quality check. Earlier you said it was defected so youll got it replaced. Now you say you do not know when it will be delivered.
I am definitely going to file a case in consumer court and see to it that you people pay out an compensation for not meeting your policy and pay a penalty for it.
