[Resolved] Fast Track Call Taxi — IMPROPER SERVICE AFTER BOOKING IN ADVANCE | |||
I booked with fast track call taxi and got the tracking number 849 one day in advance on 05/02/2012 for 06/02/2012 to leave at 9.30 am. I received the following message at 9.10 am on 06/02/2012 from the booking office of the call taxi that the booking is cancelled 09.09-06/02/2012-Reason-advance booking is heavy, so vehicle is not available. This is too unfair and reckless part of the services that at the last minute of departing i had to rush up with an auto. Atleast the services would have rang up an hour before, so that i would have made up some other arrangement. This is so disgusting that call taxi in this city is not to the services of the people but they are at their own services.When they are not interested to do such services, why should they do and make unnecessary commotion in routine of people. I BOOKED ON LINE TEXI TODEY BUT I HAVE GET NO RESPONSE FROM THAT END AND WHEN I CALLED TO THEM THEY ARE SAYING THAT WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ON LINE PAYMENT. NOW TELL ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO. THE AMMOUNT HAS BEEN ALREADY DEDUCTED FROM MY ICICI BANK ACCOUNT.

so iam very upset bcz they were informed me late . so i had to walk with more luggage & old age people to catch auto .
this make me very angry irresponsibly job done by the CRO .
