[Resolved] Federal Bank — Transaction Password | |||
My Name is Faisal Athikkai. My Account is in Thrikkakkara branch Federal Bank. I got my transaction password mailed to my home address. I have submitted the acknowledgment copy to the same bank. One of the representative with no customer service experience at all has bought that copy from me and he advised that the password will be active in one week. I have waited for 3 weeks and it is not still activated. Was this information helpful? | |||
