Fenesta Building Systems — poor after sales service

i have purchased windows from this company for over rs 2 lakh! once the installation was complete they refuse to answer any service calls. some of the windows do not even close fully! and ofcourse 100 percent payment was taken in advance. can some action be taken against these people?

some time back i floated a query for fenesta Building systems window products to your " [protected]@fenesta.com". it made me regret to inform that till date or time none from fenesta has taken initiative to respond .
please improve your customer relations and attend to queries faster to develop your client database.

I manish mehta had place order to one stop solutions in kolkata dealer for 4 windows.
While delivering the materials their transporter along with dealer person has broken the ceiling light which carrying 9 ft material of fenesta by one man and not only this he has also damage the main gate of 1st floor which was commercial.
Now they are not going to install the same our 4 windows.
We request fenesta technical person mr.vivek raj in kolkata for this matter.
But he is unable to give positive reply.
Sales and technical team of dealer are not responding.
We have made full payment of 4 windows.
Now installation payment is lying pending wirh us for which we had advise to replace the damage ceiling light and repairing of nain gate of first floor.
In which they are not replying rhe same and none of any person from fenesta or dealer is picking mobile.
We was called two days back by the dealer reresentative that they will pay for damage only rs.2000 where as damage cost around comes for rs.5000.
We had copy of delivery challan in which we had mention damage setails and also taken signed drom their person who has damage the sane
Now we request fenesta top management to install first our four windows and paid damage payment so that we can give ibatallation chaeges.
Further we would like to indorm you that dealer should terminate from their distributorship along with mr.vivek raj of fenesta who are blindly support to dealer.
