FETISE.COM — Non Delivery and Non Refund

I had placed order for Shoes on the website on 9th November, 2011 and the delivery date informed to me was 25th November, 2011. I am calling up the customer service every day and they are saying that the refund will be credited in the account by next day. I have been falling up since last 15 days but till now i have not received the refund.

I have placed other orders also for which the delivery has not yet been recieved !!!!

This company [Fetise.com] is completely in the business of cheating customers.

I too had placed an order for Fragrance and a Shirt on Fetise. But the order got delayed and eventually cancelled. It’s really disappointing, after waiting for the product for so long it is cancelled. Anyways as per company policy I was given the full amount as Store Credits in my Fetise account, as refund. I later utilized these credit points for purchasing Redtape shoes. Over all not a bad experience as got good shoes at fetise.
